Can't Connect to Server

Solution: First, check if the server is online on our status page. If it is, try these steps:

  1. Restart your Minecraft client
  2. Make sure you're using the correct IP: play.pmbtexas.com
  3. Check your internet connection
  4. Try using direct IP: 51.81.32.195:25565
  5. Contact support if issue persists

Purchase Not Showing Up

Solution: Most purchases are delivered instantly, but here's what to do if they're not:

  1. Wait 5-10 minutes (rare delays can occur)
  2. Make sure you're logged into the correct Minecraft account
  3. Type /redeem in-game
  4. Check your email for purchase confirmation
  5. Submit a billing ticket with your transaction ID

Experiencing Lag

Solution: Try these optimizations to reduce lag:

  1. Allocate more RAM to Minecraft (4GB minimum)
  2. Install OptiFine or Sodium for better performance
  3. Lower your render distance (8-12 chunks recommended)
  4. Close background applications
  5. Connect via Ethernet instead of WiFi
  6. Use our recommended modpack for optimal performance

Lost Items or Progress

Solution: We perform regular backups, but here's what to do:

  1. Check if it's a temporary glitch by relogging
  2. Use /back command if you died recently
  3. Contact a staff member in-game if online
  4. Submit a ticket with details of what you lost
  5. Include approximate time when items were lost

Note: We cannot restore items lost due to player error (death, throwing away, etc.)
