How do I receive my purchase?
All purchases are delivered instantly to your Minecraft account. Simply log into the server and your items will be available immediately. For ranks, you'll receive an in-game notification.
Can I get a refund?
Yes! We offer a 30-day refund policy for all purchases. except in-game items! If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact our support team within 30 days for a full refund.
Are my payments secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption and secure payment processors (PayPal, Stripe) to protect your payment information. We never store your credit card details on our servers.
Can I gift purchases to friends?
Yes! During checkout, you'll have an option to "Gift to Another Player." Enter your friend's Minecraft username and they'll receive the items. Gift purchases are non-refundable.
What happens if I buy a rank I already have?
If you purchase a rank that's lower than your current rank, you'll receive the price difference in gems. If it's the same rank, you'll receive the full value in gems. Contact support for upgrades.
